Product details
Royal Canin Veterinary Diet Feline Renal is a complete food specially designed to help relieve your cat from the discomfort and risk that kidney problems bring.

The choice of flavours, along with a scent profile, makes sure even the exigent eaters are catered for. Fatty acids, antioxidants and low phosphorus level help support your cat`s kidneys even if they`re suffering from chronic kidney disease.
Key features:
- Complete veterinary food formulated to help cats with kidney problems
- With low phosphorus level to make up for your cat`s kidney compromised ability to remove excess amounts of this mineral
- Vitamin D, iron and calcium help recover from kidney disease
- Rich in high-quality proteins
If your cat has been already diagnosed with kidney disease, give her a little bit of care. Your cat`s kidneys, like ours, are responsible for filtering out harmful substances from their blood. If kidneys develop any issues, it can stop your cat from getting rid of the waste products in its urine, which means that they can build up in its bloodstream and can cause weight loss, dehydration, mouth ulcers or bloody or cloudy urine. Royal Canin Veterinary Diet Feline Renal is a simple way to balance your cat`s diet to compensate for reduced kidney function.
Because veterinary diets are formulated for the nutritional support of pets with specific clinic conditions, Royal Canin recommends that you only use them under professional advice.

Great for elderly catsMy 19 year old has been on this diet for over 2 years now and has improved at lot, even put a bit of weight on. She eats this well with her few teeth she has left. I mix the gravy up with her supplements in the morning and she is happy to eat it like that. She loved it cold from the fridge in the Summer when she was hot . I would recommend this but with the advice from your Vet as always.

Sparkle loves itMy cat Sparkle loves this food. She was diagnosed in January with kidney damage and we were really upset, however since moving onto the renal diet with Canin she eats more than ever but her weight stays consistent, she is leaner and more active and the great news is that her levels with her kidneys have dropped which is the best news ever.

Recommended! Our cat Florence was hyperthyroid, which was masking the early kidney problem. The vet recommended Royal Canin Renal and she took to it straight away. Even one of our other cats tries to lick the saucer!!

Smudge loves it.Smudge was diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism over a year ago, then, this year, kidney problem. His vet advised Royal Canin Renal. Smudge had become very fussy with his usual food, so I was worried the change wouldn't help. I didn't need to!! He loves it, and empties his dish every time.
