Great for the older dogI use James Wellbeloved kibble for my 8-year old GSD. She is not keen on dry food without some ‘wet’ so I use the JW pouch senior food to complement. She loves it
Great for days out.Very useful to have ready portioned sachets of my dog's favourite food for days out.
Great food for older dogsBought this as I have been feeding James Wellbeloved grain free dry food but moved our 13year old dog onto grain free James Wellbeloved wet food glad we did Dog seems to really enjoy the new food. Will stay on the grain free wet food now as the dog seems happy
James wellbeloved senior grain free wetBought this a couple of weeks ago. Both our dogs like this. One is 12 and the old lady is 17 next week so it's obviously good for them both!
Perfect sized pouches for home and days outVery handy for days out, as well as at home. Our Lab Retriever seems to fair better with little and often meals and even better from her Northmate slow feeder. Prior to using the slow feeder, our Lab would wolf her food down and immediately start burping. This stopped as soon as we used the slow feeder. We like the fact this food is grain free as we also feed our Lab Royal Canin Senior kibbles so no extra grain is really required during the day. We do feed Lab other senior wet food in order to bring variety into her diet but the main food is Royal Canine. The other senior wet foods we stock are Lily's Kitchen, Edgard Cooper and Butchers. Compared to the kibbles, the wet food takes up around 25% of daily intake. Our Lab is nearly 11 years old and we do 2 walks a day totalling around 3 hours and to date, all is well and no stiffness, good bill of health from vet recently. Wish I could say the same for my own eyesight etc etc!
