Veloxa Chewable Worming Tablets for Dogs (1 tablet per 10kg)
Product details
A tasty and easy to administer treatment, Veloxa is a simple de-worming tablet that is suitable for treating intestinal worms in dogs and puppies.
How it works
Veloxa tablets are small and chewable. Each tablet is flavoured with beef and used PEC technology – drastically reducing the bitter taste of the tablet even once it has been chewed. It is effective against common intestinal worms such as tapeworms, hookworms, whipworms and roundworms.
Key benefits
- made for easy administration
- suitable for immediate treatment and routine de-worming
- can be given with or without food
When to use
It's fairly easy for dogs to pick up parasitical infections – tapeworms can happen after your dog swallows an infected flea, usually while grooming themselves. Common signs of worms might include vomiting, diarrhoea, or anaemia. As a general guide, adult dogs should be de-wormed every 3 months. Puppies, however, should be wormed every couple of weeks when they're small, and monthly from then on until they reach three months old as they are much more vulnerable than older dogs.
Please be aware that this medicine can only be supplied for a maximum of one year treatment per animal.
