SPECIFIC Canine CDD & CDW Food Allergy Management has restricted number of ingredients: Both egg and rice are ingredients, with a low allergenicity, making them perfect ingredients in hypoallergenic diets.

Key Benefits:

  • Very high quality and highly digestible ingredients make the diet especially useful for patients with small intestinal diarrhoea.
  • Psyllium Husk is a gel-forming soluble fibre, which absorbs several times its weight in liquid, and is known for its beneficial effect on the regulation of the gastrointestinal tract activity.
  • Purine is the precursor for urate crystals. The very low dietary content of purine in CDD & CDW in combination with the reduced protein level and the induced alkaline urine pH makes it first choice for prevention and dissolution of urate crystals and stones.

    Kiki bichon frise has been on this over a year due to having two types of bladder stones. After having them removed she was put on this. She has been well ever since. I notice she also doesn't get tear stains with this food
