When to use it
Digestive disorders are relatively common in all cats. Just like people, cats of any age can suffer from allergies, intolerances and sensitivities to different foods. These can cause discomfort, pain and prevent them from getting the nutrition they need for a healthy life. Symptoms of digestive disorders include lack of energy or difficulty healing, vomiting, gas, weakness, constipation or regurgitation. A key sign to look out for is soft stools and diarrhoea, which can lead to serious side effects like dehydration and electrolyte imbalance.
Should you notice any of these symptoms, speak to your vet as soon as possible; they will be able to offer a diagnosis and suitable treatment.
Your vet may recommend Royal Canin Gastro Intestinal if your cat is displaying one or more of these symptoms and will be able to advise on feeding requirements and the length of the treatment.
Because veterinary diets are formulated for the nutritional support of pets with specific clinical conditions, we recommend that you only use them under professional advice. For more information on feeding Royal Canin Veterinary Diet Feline Gastro Intestinal to your cat, please consult your veterinary surgeon.
It is recommended that a veterinarian’s opinion be sought before use. Feed Gastro Intestinal for 1 to 2 weeks during periods of recovery from acutediarrhoea until resolved.

PurrfectJust what our little Persian ordered. It keeps her tummy happy and our floors clean! We order the 4kg bag every 3-4 months and it's only £6 more expensive than the 2kg bag from the vet. Plus it qualifies for free delivery!
Jaspurs tummy is much more comfortable now. From squirts in the litter tray, to proper poos in just 4 days. Brilliant!
Ideal for my cat's sensitive tummyWe needed food for our cat Leo as he has a problem with his tummy. I accidentally bought this instead of the one I should have done, best mistake I made. Leo has been so much better since he has been on this food.
PalatableRecommended by vet for tummy issues. My cat loves it.
Great For Sensitive TummysOur vet recommended we give this to our cat to help with her very sensitive tummy issues and have to say it's really helped. In my opinion no other make of food compares with Royal Canin. Just wish they would bring out another flavour.
