Royal Canin Pug Adult
This Royal Canin pug adult food is a complete dry dog food for adult pugs over ten months old.
How it works
Pugs have specific needs when it comes to nutrition. Their short, flat brachycephalic jaws can make it difficult for them to pick up or chew regular kibble, and their stocky body shape and shorter limbs can make a little weight change a big issue.
This Royal Canin food is specifically designed to meet the nutritional needs of pugs over ten months old, with skin-supporting formula containing EPA and DHA. The balanced protein content also helps your pug maintain their healthy muscle tone and ideal weight throughout their adult life.
- complete, ready-to-serve dry kibble
- exclusive complex supports the skin barrier
- minimum 25% protein content aids muscle tone
- helps pugs maintain a healthy weight
- special three-pronged kibble design
- easy for pugs to pick up and chew
When to use it
Whether it's time for your pet's first adult kibble, or you just want to make sure your dog is getting the full benefit of each meal, Royal Canin's breed-specific foods are ideal for pets with particular needs. If your pug seems to be struggling to finish their dinner, or isn't chewing properly, it may be a good idea to switch to Royal Canin pug adult food. With a complete formula tailored for adult pugs' nutritional needs, and a dry kibble specially shaped to suit their jaw shape, this food is ideal for pugs from the age of ten months and up.
You can gradually transition to this kibble over the course of a week, as your pet gets used to their new easy-to-eat food. As you'll know, every pug is unique, so make sure to refer to the feeding guide for advice on the best portion size for your dog's weight.

Royal canin pug adult.Found this to be the best food for my pug.
Pig's love it !My dogs love Royal Canin, they start jumping at the food cupboard when it's breakfast and dinner time and it's gone in second. I like the fact that I can buy it on line and know it's going to get here on time if and when I need it, the price might seem high compared to some dog foods but I think you pay for what you get and I know my pets are getting all the goodness they need from Royal Canin.
Royal canin pug foodThe pugs I have love this food and seems to be good for them as no upset tummies etc. Must say though that pugs will eat anything so not sure they appreciate that it is made especially for them!
