Royal Canin Canine Fibre Response FR23
Royal Canin Gastrointestinal Fibre Response is formulated for adult dogs suffering from constipation, fibre responsive colitis or stress-diarrhoea. It’s a tasty, easy-to-digest and nutritionally complete dry food.
How it works
Royal Canin only adds stomach-friendly proteins such as poultry and pork to this mix. To further aid digestion, it includes prebiotics and EPA and DHA fatty acids which encourage healthy bowel movements. These omega-3 oils also support a healthy skin and coat, as well as promoting strong muscles and supple joints. Added vitamins, minerals and antioxidants help raise your pet’s natural defences, too. This kibble is high in fibre to maintain intestinal health. Combined with sugar beet pulp, this encourages your pet's body to absorb more nutrients from their food.

When to use it
If your dog suffers from constipation, fibre responsive colitis or stress-diarrhoea, Royal Canin Gastrointestinal Fibre Response can help. Its high fibre content supports your pet's digestive system and makes life easier for you by encouraging regular bowel movements.
Only a vet can diagnose these conditions, so get your pet checked out if they’re having trouble going regularly or seem uncomfortable after meals.
Check the back of the pack for feeding guidelines and if you’re switching dog food brands, gradually mix the new with the old to avoid upsetting your pet's stomach. Always make sure they have fresh water available, too.

royal canin fibre responsivemy dog has been colitis free since using Royal Canin Fibre Responsive.
Royal caininFast delivery so that's great if you start to run out of food ,very easy to order
My sheltie has always been prone to diarrhoea which got worse recently(although vet never mentioned Colitis) and needed antibiotics. Since changing to this food 2 months ago so far no more problems yippee
Fantastic Stuff! My little dog (1/2 pug, 1/4 shih tzu, 1/4 belgian griffon) is now 4.5 years old and has had this food throughout her adult life. As most small dogs are, she was prone to having her [email protected] glands emptied often, but for some reason we needed to keep taking Peaches back to the vets for it every 4 weeks. With this food she can go at least 3 months... just expect to pick up a lot of p00p! It might be pricey but we buy the biggest bag and as Peaches is only little, it lasts her forever.
Advised by vet after several years of anal gland problems with my 8 year old shih tzu to try this food, the results were very good, not however changing the anal gland situation (these have since been removed - a great result), but the food has cleared the long standing problem of brown and smelly tear stains. A really good outcome.
