Product details

Naturediet sensitive food with salmon, prawn, vegetables and rice is a wet meal based on fish protein and can be used in allergy management, or to mix up your dog's diet.
How it works
This low-allergen dog food has been specially formulated for animals with meat protein allergies and sensitive digestive systems. The recipe is rich in salmon, a natural source of omega-3 fatty acids. These can help to support coat health and soothe skin that has been irritated by adverse reactions to food in the past. It's free of wheat gluten, another allergen that can cause digestive problems in animals sensitive to the ingredient. Made from high-quality salmon, prawns and carrots, this wet dog food is also suitable for adult and senior dogs without allergies, but who would benefit from a more varied diet.
Key benefits

  • contains no meat protein
  • natural source of omega-3 fatty acids to support coat and skin health
  • formula is free from wheat gluten
  • made from quality salmon, prawns and carrots
  • available as 18 twin packs of 390 grams or 18 twin packs of 280 grams

When to use it
Overactive immune systems are the culprit behind allergies, both in humans and dogs. Some breeds, such as German shepherds and golden retrievers, are more susceptible than others. Foods that commonly cause allergic reactions in dogs include chicken, beef, pork, wheat, soy and corn. Itching is the biggest symptom of an allergy, so if you notice your pet scratching, licking and biting themselves more than usual it's worth investigating further. Food intolerance can also lead to gastrointestinal issues such as vomiting and diarrhoea. All of these symptoms could be signs of other illnesses, so it's best to take your pet to the vet for diagnosis.
