With older pets, start with a few teeth, outer surfaces only, to begin with, until your pet becomes used to the procedure. Teeth should be brushed 2-3 times each week, but if your pet has bad breath, or enjoys sugary treats, teeth need cleaning every day.

Greyhounds don't mind it at allIt wouldn't matter which toothpaste I use, they are not keen on toothbrush around their teeth. But they like the taste. It does improve the plaque too.
