How it works
Acclaim Flea Spray can be used on carpets and upholstery to kill fleas and prevent eggs and larvae from developing. This long-lasting spray is effective for 12 months.
Using two active ingredients, Acclaim kills and prevents flea infestations. Permethrin is a fast-acting adulticide to kill fleas that come into contact with it for 6 weeks. Methoprene is a long-lasting growth regulator that controls the lifecycle of a flea and stops eggs hatching for 12 months.
This spray is odour-free, so it won't leave a chemical smell in your home after use. It's completely safe for your family, pets and home so you don't have to worry about coming into contact with it.
It's also licensed to kill dust mites ' a common cause of allergies in pets. As well as fleas and mites, it's also effective against cockroaches, ants and ticks, so your home is well protected.

When to use it
If you have a cat or dog, it's inevitable that they'll have fleas at some point in their lives. Keeping them protected regularly with a spot on solution is a good way to prevent this, however, you still need to protect your home.
If you see a flea in the home or you notice your pet itching more than usual, use this spray throughout your home to limit an infestation. Spray evenly across carpeted surfaces and fabrics. Pay close attention to where your carpet meets your skirting boards and all corners of your rooms. One 500 millilitre spray covers 175 square metres.
