Please note, all delivery costs listed above are exclusive of VAT. 
During the checkout process VAT will be calculated on the total order value including any applicable delivery costs. 

Target Delivery Times refer to working days and exclude weekends, holidays and other days of observance or necessity when the carrier may not process deliveries. Some remote locations may have extended transit times. MedicAnimal Ltd is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier (i.e. Royal Mail, DPD, HDN) or delays caused by weather or related phenomenon. 

* Free Delivery is a limited time offer and may end at any time without notice. 

** Special Delivery is available as an upgrade for light orders (<1kg) being sent to mainland UK. Orders weighing more than 1kg are already sent by next day courier. Please note that "next day" refers to the time from when the order has been dispatched and not from when the order was placed. The flat fee of £3.95 for Special Delivery must be arranged through our customer service team and is in addition to any delivery fees calculated on the original order.

*** Due to the excess carriage charged for heavy goods to the Canary Islands, we require an additional payment of £25 for orders weighing over 1kg. This payment is processed through our customer service team. 

**** Due to excess special handling fees we do not send packages over 1kg to Switzerland.

Please note that we reserve the right to reject at any time the order of a particular item whose characteristic (volumetric or otherwise) would make its delivery very difficult or unreasonably expensive.

Please note that delivery rates are shown in Euros (€) for all orders outside the UK. If your delivery address is outside of the UK but you would prefer to pay for your order in GBP (£) then the order must be placed through our customer service department. Please note that due to the different pricing structure for the UK there is a flat fee of £5 charged for orders weighing less than 1kg (£10 for over 1kg). If the total value of your order is over £99 this fee is waived. 

Customs regulations for goods delivered outside of EU 
You may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees which may be imposed by your local government when you receive your package. You are responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance. Rates vary by country and by what was ordered so we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your local post office or customs office to inquire about these charges. 

RETURNS POLICY

General Products: If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item you have purchased from us (excluding medicines), you may return it if you notify us within 7 working days of receiving it. The product must be in its original packaging, unopened and in a re-saleable condition and the cost of collection or return will remain at your charge. We only accept returns for products that have been purchased through us. 

Medicines: We regret that we cannot, by law, accept returns of any medication including all flea treatments and wormers. If you return a medicine to us all we can do is dispose of it for you as it cannot be resold. 

If your delivery address is outside the EU, we will retain the delivery fee. 

If for any reason your return is a result of an error on our part, it will be accepted if we receive the product within 60 days of the order. 

Any return which does not meet the conditions set forth above will not be refunded or replaced.
